Photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember. At the age of 15, I saved every penny from my weekend job as a waitress to buy my first DSLR. It was a milestone—the tool that ignited my love for capturing moments and telling stories through photography.
By the time I was 16, I had already won a photography competition, affirming my dedication to this art form. At 18, I received an unconditional offer to study photography, which I eagerly accepted. Graduating from University in 2019 was a culmination of years of hard work and dedication to honing my craft.
However, like many, the challenges of the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns brought my photography journey to a halt. Struggling with the impact of isolation and uncertainty, already struggling with a lifelong battle to depression - my camera sadly gathered dust in a cupboard. Financial difficulties eventually led me to make the tough decision to sell my beloved equipment—a decision that wasn't easy but necessary at the time.
During lockdown, I found solace in a full-time job that allowed me to save up for a new camera. The Fujifilm X100V became my new companion, re-igniting my passion for photography. This renewed spark led me to take a leap and move to the Canary Islands, where I immersed myself in volunteering, travel, and a photography training week. These experiences have not only enriched my portfolio but have kept me inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
Thank you for visiting my portfolio and being a part of my journey. Each photograph here tells a story—of resilience, creativity, and the power of pursuing one's passions. I look forward to connecting with fellow enthusiasts, collaborators, and clients who share my love for visual storytelling.
